Privacy notice

No registry person data is stored: the node keeps no natural person's name, identifier, birth data, address or registry person id. An ownership interest held by a natural person shows only as Natural Person (Restricted), with its interest band. Sole-trader records are withheld.

Company representatives sign in with an account that holds their work email address. It is used only to confirm that they represent their company.

How long data is kept

• Raw registry responses: not stored; processing copies are deleted within 7 days.
• Hashes, mapped company facts, credentials, status lists, decision records and the audit log: for the life of the node.
• Gate rejection records: 90 days.
• Application logs: 30 days.
• Error reports: 30 days.
• Backups: 35 days.
• Representative accounts: until deleted, then 30 days.
